Resident (Spanish full-year resident):

It is possible for a buyer to obtain a Spanish mortgage from a bank of typically 70 to 80% of the valuation of the property as assessed by the lender.


Non-residents:

Is it possible to obtain a Spanish mortgage from a bank of typically 60 to 70% of the valuation of the property as assessed by the lender.


Special conditions to customers from Nordic countries, Belgium, Holland and Switzerland.

Maximum amount to finance: 70% - Applicable differential (since 2 year): 2,5%


Buying property


Housing Hunting:
